Representing Yourself

If you choose to proceed with a Dissolution of Marriage, Legal Separation, Paternity, Modification,  Family Access, or Child Custody process as a pro se litigant, it is the requirement of this court, pursuant to Local Court Rule 68.7 , that you shall use the pleading forms found at www.selfrepresent.mo.gov and you shall complete the litigant awareness program designed by the Supreme Court also found at the above listed website. The litigant shall complete this program and shall certify to the Court, in writing, that he/she has completed this program. Feel free to contact the Circuit Clerk's office should you have any questions about this information.

For those who do not have personal access to the internet, it is suggested that access be obtained at a local library.
