 The Auditor is elected by the people to provide consistency and accountability in regard to all financial matters of the County.  This office works with all other county offices to ensure that public funds are collected, disbursed and appropriately tracked according to State Statutes, as well as general accounting practices.

The Auditor serves as the financial advisor to the County Commission and prepares the annual budget for review and final approval by the Commission.
