Lafayette Hall is located one block south of Main Street and the Lafayette County Courthouse. You may contact the Circuit Clerk via e-mail at Kim.Mason@courts.mo.gov. The office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This office honors all holidays regulated by the State of Missouri.
You should know that the Court is prohibited by law from responding to requests for legal advice. All such requests should be made directly with a licensed attorney. Further, documents received as attachments via the Circuit Clerk's e-mail are not a valid means of filing with the Court. All pleadings and documents must be filed with the Circuit Clerk’s Office pursuant to the requirements of the law.
