For those who do not have personal access to the internet, it is suggested that access be obtained at a local library, or by using the public access terminal near the Circuit Clerk's Office.
Effective 10-1-14 registered users are required to electronically file all documents through case.net. Documents filed by pro se litigants must be mailed to the Circuit Clerk's Office at PO Box 10, Lexington, MO 64067 or filed in person at the Circuit Clerk's Office or Probate Division.
